What you will do:
• Review, create, and provide feedback on video content, including short‑form edits, motion graphics, transitions, pacing, and more
• Evaluate tool outputs and identify trends that match strong video editing and storytelling standards
• Contribute to defining creative benchmarks and quality standards for upcoming video tools
• Collaborate with Contra’s internal team and partner companies to enhance advanced creative AI systems
• Work on flexible, project‑based assignments with potential for long‑term collaboration

What we are looking for:
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video editing, shared through your Contra profile (required)
• A deep understanding of what makes video content engaging, polished, and on‑brand
• The ability to communicate creative and technical feedback clearly and constructively
• Comfort working in fast‑moving, experimental settings (experience with AI or video tools is a plus)
• Availability for part‑time, remote contract work with flexible hours depending on the project
