This role sits within a small, agile Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing team. We use our product (Contentsquare) itself, along with product-focused experiences we create, to acquire, convert, and retain customers. We use everything from pre-signup AI-powered tools and interactive product demos to post-signup onboarding and trial experiences to show users the value of our product.
As our first (Vibe) Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll begin by deeply understanding our users—the challenges they face, how our product solves them, and their path from awareness to consideration and conversion. Using that foundation, you’ll leverage AI tools, LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and smart automation to quickly unlock new product-led growth channels and improve existing ones. You’ll create user-facing tools and automate processes that drive growth—but it’s not about traffic volume or vanity metrics. It’s about helping the right, high-intent users—who can truly benefit from our product—discover Contentsquare and understand its value.
What you’ll do:
– Build and launch MVPs of growth experiments using tools like Lovable, Bubble, Zapier, or custom scripts—without needing support from Product or Engineering.
– Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows that improve speed, personalization, and targeting across marketing channels (e.g., GPTs for ad copy, agents for segmentation, automatically generated landing pages).
– Automate repetitive marketing workflows, from campaign QA to performance reporting and lead enrichment.
– Use APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to connect and scale growth infrastructure more intelligently.
– Serve as an internal force multiplier by sharing tools, playbooks, and internal agents that help marketing and GTM teams move faster.
– Work with Design, Product, and Data to test and refine ideas that unlock new growth opportunities.
What you’ll need to succeed:
– 3+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience.
– Proven experience using AI, APIs, and automation tools. Bonus if you’ve built internal agents, custom GPTs, or created internal tools on your own.
– Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
– Familiarity with Lovable/Zapier/Make/Tray/N8N, GPT-4, Retool, Notion, Airtable, Python, JavaScript, SQL, LangChain, Vercel, or similar technologies—without being overly attached to any specific stack.
– Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Demand Gen teams to deliver integrated GTM initiatives.
– A mindset focused on shipping over perfecting plans. You believe a working prototype today beats a polished deck next week.
– Strong product judgment and design instincts, even if you’re not a designer or engineer.
– Customer-focused thinking and business judgment to prioritize the right initiatives—not just because they’re exciting, but because they deliver real value to customers and measurable business impact.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, changing environment with an action-and-impact bias.
– A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
