Social Media Executive – Central Asia

The Role:
We are seeking a Social Media Executive to join our expanding Regional Marketing team and help elevate our brand’s social media presence. In this role, you will stay current with the latest trends and platforms, using creativity to design strategies that effectively reach our target audience and boost engagement. Main responsibilities include:
• Develop, coordinate, and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, and Threads.
• Identify and propose new social media initiatives and campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement in the region.
• Track social media insights and KPIs to evaluate performance and refine strategies.
• Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective content and analyse outcomes in depth.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and long-term performance reports for each channel.
• Oversee monthly social media tasks and ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Attend key events and galas to support strong brand visibility and engagement.
• Plan and supervise the release schedule for new podcasts, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality content.
• Collaborate closely with the Content and Design Teams to ensure clear and effective messaging.
• Work with the Digital Data Analysis Team or external agencies to optimise targeting, budget use, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor competitors and compile competitive analysis reports.
• Stay informed about new social media features, as well as industry rules and regulations related to content sharing.

Main requirements:
• A degree in digital marketing, marketing and communications, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in social media management; experience in online trading is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social analytics and listening tools such as Sprinklr or Brandwatch.
• Proven success in scaling social media campaigns.
• Strong ability to analyse and report on social media performance and trends.
• Passion and enthusiasm for driving strong online engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Uzbek and Russian, with excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail.
