We’re a New Orleans based Ed-Tech startup seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help design and develop engaging and delightful user experiences. We provide a video-based teacher observation and feedback platform that is focused on improving K-12 teacher quality via cost effective remote observation, feedback and content offerings.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone that can design simple, elegant, usable, beautiful and desirable user experiences that provide a delightful user experience. You will be responsible for a) designing the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of a video based social network and online learning community for teachers, b) developing conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications , c) developing and maintaining detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns , d) developing an overall design guide for our products in collaboration with a cross-functional team comprised of senior management, engineering and product development, e) producing high-quality visual designs—from concept to execution at a variety of resolutions, f) helping sales & marketing translate key elements of our design into printed marketing materials, and g ) developing conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and visual mockups.
