The Role

πŸ‘‰ Work with the Headout product team to help with research & testing
πŸ‘‰ Lead initiatives to build and improve the team’s understanding of customer behaviour and deliver better impact
πŸ‘‰ Design, conduct and maintain a pipeline for user studies for upcoming features & products
πŸ‘‰ Advocate for the user and design philosophy throughout the organisation
πŸ‘‰ Build visibility for your team’s work in and outside the organisation

Requirements

πŸ‘‰ Extensive experience talking to customers to understand design & product-related concerns
πŸ‘‰ Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you’d be the primary person communicating and building a shared understanding based on the research
πŸ‘‰ A good sense of product, UX and design as demonstrated by past work
πŸ‘‰ Knowledge of how to use a variety of UX research methods (qualitative and quantitative), with a strong awareness of their merits and weaknesses.
πŸ‘‰ Knowledge of user-centred design principles and best practices.
