As UX Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the best solutions, always focusing on quality, member experience, and sharing best practices. Your Impact:

Manage a team of product designers, writers, and researchers providing design direction and pushing high the quality of the design work;
Responsible for evangelizing the UX design culture within the team and also within the company;
Establish and promote a healthy team culture, working in partnership with stakeholders and product heads in prioritizing new developments, based on the potential impact on business metrics, implementation complexity, and customer interest;
Be a technical reference, continuously improve the design strategy, seeking to adapt and replicate the best practices in the market, increasing the team’s bar;
Assist in the development and implementation of global expansion strategies for Rock’s products.
Constantly monitor the success and results from indicators of the plans put into practice;
Guide the team of designers and researchers and help them define and achieve career goals.

What we’re looking for:

Background in Product Design (UX/UI, and Research); Background with B2B Digital Products;
Excellent English: verbal and written communication skills;
Experience leading product design teams, projects, and initiatives (at least +1 year of experience with team management);
Ability to make decisions pragmatically, understanding priorities in the context of the product;
Ability to structure projects with independence and focus on results, considering agile methodologies;
Experience in monitoring indicators with analysis and transfer to reports.
