You will be working with businesses relying on their website to generate sales or leads. Your objective will be to make their website experience a delight for visitors to use so our clients can generate more leads or sales with the same traffic.

Your role will consist of:

• understanding people by asking the right questions and using a proven process (tools include heatmaps, polls, surveys, etc…)
• developing personas,
• developing storyboards and scenarios,
• creating wireframes,
• testing those wireframes with real people before implementing them,
• iterating and testing again,
• liaising with clients, contractors, stakeholders.

Some of the projects you will be leading include:

• user-centred website design and redesign,
• customer journey optimisation,
• landing page design,
• initial user experience research,
• and many more!
