We require a passionate designer/engineer in the science and art form of User interaction and user experience. Must have experience in psycology and the human psyche, we are looking more so for someone in an expert of the human mind, communication, miscommunication and how humans(bugs,animals,etc) resolve these issues and how they can be translated into GUI form. The actual graphics part can always be upgraded, you do not have to be a graphics designer but at the very least should be able to produce graphics to illustrate your points and demonstrate how the graphics designer can build your UX designs.
