WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As UX Designer you will be the champion, representative, and voice of our users’ best interest. You will help keep everyone focused on the user, making sure that all aspects of development are centered on the user. Your part is to make sure our platform lives up to the promised value, advantages, and functionality while providing the most favorable user experience. As UX Designer you will:
Coordinate and collaborate with the design, development, engineering, and marketing teams on product development, product roadmapping, product branding, and user experience design
Focus on user-centered designed based on feedback from beta testers, case studies, users, development team, and engineering team
Conduct user, field, and human interaction research, user tests, face-to-face user interviews, and case studies
Create user personas, scenarios, storyboards, wireframes, design mockups, layout designs, sitemaps, and user onboarding experiences
Help control the platform features list through validation tests and the overall user experience outcome of all development projects and cycles
Create visual documents to sort user wants, needs, must-haves, and what they are using
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Strong ability to conceptualize product design and experience
Strong ability to communicate visually (CQ Manifesto “Show! Don’t Tell”)
Strong ability to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes as well as visual design comps
Strong ability to understand, share, and visually translate the emotions of others
Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and other relevant design tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills

$40,000 — $100,000/year
