What we expect from you: At Fintura we aim to build the best team to realize our vision. We are building a long-term product and we want you to be with us for the next years, you will influence us a lot so it should be a great experience working with you. What you will be doing: We develop our platform based on a user-centric design approach. You will be responsible for designing new processes from the ground up. You will own every design-related aspect of our product. You will also be charged with finding ways to measure the effectiveness of your work to be able to constantly review and improve the product as a whole. You should be open and eager to learn and accept that failing is the most important part in learning new things.

This position is to be filled by September, 1st 2015.
