As a UI Designer you will be expected to apply strategic thinking to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across both web and mobile platforms.

JOB DUTIES: Advocate user centered design and educate product managers and developers on integrating this into our agile site development and process. Responsibility over all aspects of user centered design. Create UX assets such as customer journeys, information architecture, wireframes and rapid development of clickable prototypes to visualize design concepts, using standard industry tools such as Axure. Build strong relationships and work day-to-day with other designers, developers, product managers & business owners. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE BSc or MSc in human-computer interaction, visual design, cognitive science, or other related field. Experience in e-commerce or financial services a plus. Good understanding of UX principles, including demonstrable knowledge of interaction design. Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner. Strong team player, effectively collaborate, communicate, influence and negotiate with your scrum team product owners and developers. Able to respond to quickly changing priorities and a tolerance for ambiguity. Strong pragmatic skills: Ability to filter and formulate the right things at the right time with a minimum of effort in a highly complex environment and conflicting customer interests.
