As a User ExperienceDesign Manager you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects that will require you to use your skills in the following areas:
Leading stakeholder interview to define business need.
Leading user research to understand user needs and wants.
Review and analyze user research and develop user personas and workflow.
Working with cross functional team to develop product strategy and prioritize features.
Developing Information architecture and user interface design to exceed user’s expectation and create positive emotion.
Developing digital and paper mock-up/prototypes and testing with users.
Leading a team of designers and work collaboratively to present design and ideas to cross-functional teams including product managers, engineering leaders, stakeholders and senior management.
Work with highly skilled computer science professionals to deliver world class user experience to the end user.
Mentoring and coaching team members to expand the effectiveness of those around you
Assuring a high standard of quality in your own work and in the work of others on your team via best practices, process improvements, clean designs, and smart testing and review practices.
