We release updates throughout the day, and our tests help prevent regressions—but you’ll notice issues that automated systems miss.
This position isn’t about ticking boxes or simply verifying acceptance criteria. It’s about fully immersing yourself in the product, thinking like a user, and helping shape a better experience every day.
**What you’ll do**
– Manually test new features while working alongside a robust automated test suite
– Use the product the way a real user would: find edge cases, inconsistencies, and confusing experiences
– Push back when something “works” but doesn’t feel right
– Create clear, effective bug reports engineers can resolve quickly
– Work closely with engineers and the CTO in a Continuous Delivery environment
**Job requirements**
– You’re curious, attentive, and detail-oriented
– You genuinely care about user experience and product quality
– You think in real-world scenarios, not just requirements
– You communicate clearly in English, particularly in writing
– 1–2 years of manual QA experience in an agency or startup
– You can work fully remote
Basic technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is **an advantage**, not a requirement.
**Why you’ll like it here**
– Real responsibility for product quality and user experience
– A focused, high-energy team that gets things done
– Continuous delivery: your feedback influences what ships today, not next quarter
– Remote-first culture, plus a great Berlin office whenever you want it
If you want to learn what it really means to deliver high-quality software—and what makes products feel great, not just function—this role is for you.
