We’re looking for an experienced 3D Character Artist who is passionate about creating high-quality, realistic characters and creatures. You have a strong understanding of anatomy (including animals) and are comfortable working across the entire production pipeline—from high-poly sculpting to fully optimized, game-ready assets.

Responsibilities:
– Create high-quality 3D characters and animals end-to-end, from sculpting through optimization and Unreal Engine integration
– Prepare models for animation
– Optimize models to meet real-time project requirements
– Integrate and set up characters in Unreal Engine
– Collaborate with animators and technical teams

Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience as a 3D Character Artist
– Proficiency with core tools: ZBrush, Maya/Blender, Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag, Photoshop
– Experience working with Unreal Engine
– Strong understanding of anatomy (including animals)
– Experience creating and optimizing models for real-time projects
– Understanding of the full production pipeline, including high-poly sculpting, low-poly, retopology, UV mapping, and PBR texturing
– Experience preparing models for animation
– Intermediate or higher English proficiency for teamwork and communication
– Experience creating and grooming hair (e.g., XGen)
– Experience creating game-ready animals through the full pipeline
– Experience with MetaHuman (creation, setup, and customization)
– Experience working on realistic projects or simulations
– Understanding of rigging and animation pipeline requirements

Nice to have:
– Experience with Unity
– Versatility across 3D art (environments, props, vehicles, and hard-surface assets in addition to characters)
– Basic knowledge of blendshapes (morph targets) and facial animation
– Experience with Marvelous Designer (clothing)
