CrossFit is seeking to hire a Travel Coordinator Contractor for four months. This role will manage domestic and international travel logistics for our seminar staff, including planning detailed, multi-traveler itineraries while balancing cost-efficiency and a positive traveler experience. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
– Book and coordinate flights, hotels, and ground transportation for domestic and international staff.
– Research cost-effective travel options that align with company policies, budgets, and arrival requirements.
– Maintain all travel itineraries and consolidate individual arrangements into complete travel plans for seminar staff.
– Track travel schedules and proactively handle changes, delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions.
– Support travel bookings for group and individual travel related to special events and meetings.
– Be available for travel emergencies on 1–2 Friday nights per month.

**Education/Experience:**
– High school diploma or GED (required).
– Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
– Proficiency with travel booking platforms, online research tools, and Google Workspace.
– Experience coordinating travel for events, seminars, conferences, or corporate teams.
