Working in the Office of the CEO and reporting to the VP of Point of Care & Risk Stratification, the **Transformation Manager** will help drive high-priority transformation initiatives to support Aledade’s performance and growth. Initially, this role will focus on scaling the delivery of value-based care insights and increasing their impact within partner practice EHR workflows—Aledade’s top transformation priority for 2026. The team member will support projects that span analytics, tool rollout, practice adoption, impact measurement, and day-to-day operations. They will act as a partner to internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams. As part of the Office of the CEO, the hire will also have opportunities to contribute to Aledade’s broader transformation work in support of the company’s mission to do more good for patients, practices, and society. The team member will be expected to adopt and master a range of AI tools to help scale their impact and reach.

**Primary Duties:**
– Research, analyze, report on, and guide Aledade’s EHR workflow efforts, including deployment, adoption, effectiveness, impact, and future direction
– Support advanced, rigorous data analysis to inform decisions on high-priority items across Aledade’s transformation portfolio, in partnership with the Business Intelligence and Impact Analytics teams
– Create and coordinate project plans, deliverables, and communications across multiple stakeholders for assigned special projects

**Minimum Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
– 5+ years of professional experience, or 3+ years plus a relevant graduate degree (MBA, MPH, or MPP) required; experience in healthcare strategy/operations consulting strongly preferred
– Experience using AI as a business user, including tools beyond chatbots (e.g., Claude Code or Cowork, Codex, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, MPP) strongly preferred
– Strong advanced Excel skills, including working with large, complex, and often incomplete datasets; quickly performing one-off complex analyses; and using Index/Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER, and other advanced functions
– Familiarity with value-based care, population health, and primary care
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and project management skills
– Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
– Interviews will evaluate foundational “business analyst” skills, including the ability to independently prioritize, solve problems using hypothesis-driven analytical methods, execute with strong attention to detail, and navigate ambiguity

**Physical Requirements:**
– Ability to sit for extended periods; frequent computer and keyboard use; occasional walking and lifting may be required
