Responsibilities:
• Train AI systems by creating and responding to questions in your area of expertise
• Review and rate AI‑generated answers
• Use your HR knowledge to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of AI‑produced content

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources management, business, industrial‑organizational psychology, or a related discipline
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency and identify errors
• Excellent English writing and communication skills

Nice to have:
• HR certifications such as PHR or SPHR
• Experience in People Operations or as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of AI or machine learning concepts
