The purpose of this role is to help design and strengthen the Third Party Risk Management program across both regulated and non‑regulated entities, ensuring compliance with requirements from regulators such as the OCC, FFIEC, MAS, DORA, the Federal Reserve, and NY DFS, while also incorporating leading industry standards. The role will also identify program improvements to address emerging risks related to outsourced products and services.
This role will be instrumental in performing and improving due diligence and ongoing monitoring assessments, particularly in Information Technology and Information Security, as well as enhancing Quality Control processes.
Technical Skills:
• Lead and oversee the Third Party Findings Management process across major risk categories, including regular status reporting and documentation that supports the evolution of the TPRM program using industry‑standard practices.
• Improve the due diligence and ongoing monitoring assessment processes for both regulated and non‑regulated entities, covering key areas such as Financial, Business Continuity, and Information Security risks, along with any additional risk reviews needed based on service complexity.
• Lead and manage the TPRM Quality Control process across all entities, including maintaining review schedules, tracking progress, identifying trends in findings for training and development, and reporting results to stakeholders.
• Provide support on various TPRM projects with minimal supervision.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
• Manage and enhance procedures for Third Party Findings Management and help standardize these processes across all legal entities.
• Develop and maintain procedures for the TPRM Quality Control process and support its implementation across regulated and non‑regulated entities.
Organizational Knowledge:
• Work collaboratively across the company to understand business needs and support the development of the TPRM Program across all legal entities.
Communication and Influence:
• Independently create and refine summaries, reports, and governance materials for the Third Party Risk Management Program.
• Consistently improve documentation that supports the evolution of the Third Party Findings Management process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including Risk SMEs, Relationship Owners, and Relationship Managers.

• Experience in a regulated financial institution
• Experience with Third Party Findings Management
• Information Security assessment experience
• TPRM Quality Control experience
