What We’re Looking For:

The Central Academic Student Support Organization is known as TLG, which includes Tutors, Learning Assistants, and Graders.

The TLG organization consists of three teams that provide centralized academic support to boot camp students. Most TLG staff are part-time, and hiring is ongoing.

This role is responsible for organizing the hiring process, onboarding, and training for new TLG staff, along with other HR-related duties.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work across TLG teams to identify staffing needs for each team.
  • Partner with Instructional Recruitment to ensure TLG hiring requirements are communicated and met.
  • Collaborate with HR throughout each stage of hiring to support a smooth 2U onboarding process.
  • Coordinate and lead TLG functional onboarding and training.
  • Partner with TLG teams to plan and coordinate work schedules for new staff.
  • Collaborate with HR as needed for performance reviews and performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Track and report relevant metrics related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, termination, and resignation.
  • Support resignations and terminations.

Education and Experience:

At least 1 year of experience managing systems.

Proven experience designing and implementing complex team systems to improve key metrics, team efficiency, and team satisfaction.

Proven experience managing complex cross-functional relationships.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate politely, tactfully, and clearly.

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is $50,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonus and equity. Final compensation may vary based on the work location (candidate’s assigned office) and prior experience.
