### Role Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse who is passionate about reproductive justice and trauma-informed care, and excited to help expand access to safe, patient-centered abortion services via telemedicine.

In this role, you’ll provide direct clinical support to patients receiving medication abortion. As a remote RN, you’ll answer medical questions and concerns, perform timely triage and clinical assessment, and provide individualized nursing guidance tailored to each person. You’ll help ensure every patient feels heard, supported, and well cared for—with culturally appropriate, evidence-based care in the moments when it matters most.

### Hiring: Part-Time RN (1 position)
– Schedule: 10-hour shifts—12:00–22:00 ET / 9:00–19:00 PT
– Days: Friday and Sunday, plus an on-call shift outside scheduled hours
– Pay: $48/hr–$53/hr + on-call stipend
– Target start date: December 2026

### Qualifications
– 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN (BSN required), ideally in telehealth
– 1+ year of experience providing abortion and reproductive healthcare
– Active RN license in at least one of the following states: CA, CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA, or a Compact State license
– Strong clinical assessment and triage skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in real time
– Excellent communication skills: clear, compassionate guidance through chat and virtual visits, including in stressful or uncertain moments
– Ability to follow clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies related to patient care and documentation
– Strong proficiency with online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
– Experience with trauma-informed, patient-centered care
– Commitment to reproductive justice and expanding access to abortion care
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
– Willingness to continuously improve processes to enhance tools and workflows for better care
– Preferred: bilingual (Spanish)

$48–53 per hour
