### Role Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse who is dedicated to reproductive justice and trauma-informed care, and excited by the opportunity to expand access to safe, patient-centered abortion services through telemedicine.

In this role, you’ll provide direct clinical support to patients receiving medication abortion. As a remote RN, you’ll answer patients’ medical questions and concerns, providing timely triage, clinical evaluation, and nursing guidance tailored to each patient. You’ll help ensure every patient feels heard, supported, and cared for, delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based care during the moments that matter most.

### Hiring: 1 Part-Time RN
– Working hours: 10-hour shifts—12pm–10pm ET / 9am–7pm PT
– Working days: Friday and Sunday, plus one on-call shift outside scheduled hours
– Compensation: $48/hr–$53/hr + on-call pay
– Expected start date: December 2026

### Qualifications
– 2+ years of RN clinical experience (BSN required), ideally in telehealth
– 1+ year of experience providing abortion and reproductive healthcare
– Active RN licensure in at least one of the following states: CA, CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA, or a compact state license
– Strong clinical assessment and triage skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in real time
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, empathetic guidance to patients in stressful or uncertain moments through chat and virtual visits
– Ability to follow clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies related to patient care and documentation
– Proficiency with online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
– Experience providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care
– Commitment to reproductive justice and expanding access to abortion care
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
– Eager to continuously improve processes to enhance tools and operations for better care delivery
– Preferably bilingual in Spanish

$48–$53 per hour
