Could YOU be our next Tele-Interviewer? As a Remote Tele-Interviewer, you will deliver a high standard of customer service to clients in the insurance industry. From home, you will complete medical and lifestyle history questionnaires by phone with insurance applicants and arrange telephone interviews. You will work with a team of tele-interviewers, staying connected online with colleagues, helping foster a positive team environment, and meeting quality performance targets. Your role is essential in providing customer service that creates the best possible experience for clients.

What YOU Will Do
As a Tele-Interviewer working from home, you will be part of a call center team supporting high-quality customer service for our insurance clients and their insurance applicants. Tele-interviewers are responsible for:
- Interviewing insurance applicants to gather their medical and lifestyle history by completing insurance questionnaires.
- Providing a positive experience for clients.
- Helping schedule tele-interview appointments based on applicant and interviewer availability.
- Following up with applicants when information is missing or additional details are needed after the questionnaire is completed, while maintaining the confidentiality of their private information.
Pay Range: $19.35 per hour. While the hiring pay range has been set, your final rate will be determined based on factors such as your level of experience and education requirements, among others.

What YOU Bring to the Role
- At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service-related position.
- Intermediate-level proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- The ability to speak confidently on the phone while documenting information at the same time.
- Strong ability to prioritize and work in a results-focused environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet departmental goals.
