Essential Functions
• Handle incoming calls
• Support and confirm patient registration
• Connect patients with physicians
• Schedule appointments
• Assist with billing
• Troubleshoot simple technical issues
• Keep accurate documentation

Your Home Office Environment
Because NexRep Marketplace contractors work independently and remotely, you’ll need a quiet, dedicated, paperless, and cell‑phone‑free workspace, plus:
• High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite)
• A PC running Windows 10 or 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported)
• At least 8GB of usable RAM
• At least 200MB of free hard drive space
• An Intel Core or Intel Pentium 4 processor
• Current antivirus software
• Two monitors with a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768 each
• A USB noise‑canceling headset
Where NexRep Contracts
NexRep contracts with individuals in 31 states. We currently do not contract in: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA, or WI. We also do not contract outside the United States.
Flexible Hours of Operation
As a Teladoc Customer Service Representative, you’ll benefit from flexible scheduling, using a self‑scheduling platform to choose when you work.
Hours of operation are 24/7, giving you complete flexibility to work when it suits you best. Overnight hours are limited, making this an especially good fit for those seeking morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.
Pay and Perks
Independent contractors earn $12.50 per hour.
After completing certification and working at least 10 hours per week for each of the four weeks that follow, you’ll qualify for a $250 certification bonus.
You’ll also enjoy the freedom of working remotely—anywhere in the U.S. where you can meet the home office requirements.
