ThemeFusion is looking for a hard-working, responsible WordPress developer to help on our support forum & development projects

This is a remote position.

We’re a WordPress theme company and we’re looking to expand our team to help maintain the high standard of customer support and theme quality our customers have come to expect. Our primary product is a WordPress Theme called Avada, and it’s hugely popular on the ThemeForest marketplace. We have a very large user-base, and our users post daily questions on our support forum. The questions can range from installing WordPress and the theme; to understanding how to use the various theme options or sliders; to providing them with a simple php, html, css or javascript modification to achieve their objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your primary job is to answer questions from our users in a professional, friendly and timely manner. You will be responsible for keeping our reply times as low as possible, while providing accurate answers and keeping our user base satisfied. Along with yourself, you will be working with the rest of our team to resolve our customer questions and issues. You MUST have great communication skills, reply in a professional manner, and be able to work quickly while giving accurate answers. Below are some of the most common items that are brought up on our forum:

• Logging into user’s WordPress installations to troubleshoot the issue.

• Logging into user’s FTP to troubleshoot the issue.

• Providing answers to commonly asked theme questions, and be able to provide answers on how to use all the different theme features.

• Providing small to mid range PHP, HTML, CSS or Javascript customization to our users.

• Provide basic installation, theme installation, plugin installation knowledge to the user.

Apart from the support job, eventually there will be additional opportunity for development work to help us manage our company better.
