We are excited to hire a technical sales lead and architect who will possess expertise in our companys products and services, demo these to prospective clients, and partner with a technical project manager to convert prospects into clients. Job Description In this role, you will be a key leader in our go to market strategy. You will become an expert in the solutions we offer our customers and how specific customers get value out of those solutions. You will communicate with business and technical personnel as you execute account plans and mitigate risks and identify opportunities to grow our relationship with customers. You will collaborate with Engineering to align customers with our strategy and influence that strategy based on key customer feedback. You will also collaborate with Sales to deliver content on webinars and at conferences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations and lead product-oriented sales discussions
  • Remove friction from sales cycles and partner with stakeholders to establish preferential relationships leading to scalable and sustainable revenue with customers.
  • Contribute to and/or develop account solution strategy including working with broader account teams to develop long term customer solution roadmaps.
  • Ensure product and account strategy are aligned with each other.
  • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders operating at all necessary levels (management and functional), partner with them within the customer organization to understand and influence their project strategies
  • Develop business and technical presentations/collateral and formulate responses to prospect RFxs
  • Conduct analysis and maintain working knowledge of competitive offerings to our products
