To be considered for this job you will likely have:

• A wealth of experience in Ruby on Rails, AngularJS, Node. JS, or other MVC friendly frameworks and languages.

• Commitment to testing what you build and taking responsibility for software quality.

• Ability to be productive in an environment where you have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

• A Joy of new technologies.

• Ability to lead a small diverse and remote team managing client expectations and deadlines

• 1+ years of professional development experience.
