The professional Services group expands Captricity SaaS technology and integrates it with our customers’ Enterprise IT systems. We often pioneer solutions that form the basis for product enhancement. The ideal Technical Project Manager is equally adept in management and leadership (people, customer relationships, projects and agile methodologies), technology (modern software development life cycle) and architecture (Hybrid Enterprise and SaaS solutions).
Responsibilities: —Lead professional services, customer facing projects —Interface with and support sales team in creating solution proposals for enterprise customers that wish to adopt Captricity’s technology —Regularly interface with technical and business stakeholders at various companies and at Captricity —Create and execute plans and manage project deployments
Desired Skills and Experience —Passion for customer success – Ability to empathically listen and understand needs and requirements to design, engineer and implement solutions —Expert in Agile project management techniques and comfortable in a highly dynamic setting —Expert in delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation —Consulting experience —Computer Science or Software Engineering degree and relevant prior experience —Effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs —Detail-oriented, results driven negotiator and emphatic listener —Nice to have: Knowledge of data capture, data management concepts, distributed systems, linux / python / javascript beneficial —Travel up to 30% – If located in NY may be less
