We are looking for the right product leader to scale Pngme by growing some of our most foundational data products. You will work cross-functionally across our Customer Data Platform, SDK, and API products, which are instrumental in building data-driven user experiences that are shaping the future of financial services.

As a Senior Product Manager you will

Work with senior management to create and execute on the product roadmap by working across multiple functions
Develop a deep understanding and empathy for our customers and use this knowledge to identify and solve problems
Use or commission market research, usability studies, and focus groups to identify benchmarks and build business cases for solving customer problems
Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
Work closely with software engineers to ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision and suggest ways to track product use and impact on end-users
Produce and review product requirements documents, wireframes, prototypes and write specifications for new features and changes
Create intuitive, clean, and user-friendly product experiences in our Customer Data Platform and mobile SDK
Deliver customer value iteratively, manage products through various launch phases and follow-on releases, and ensure high return on development capacity
Build scalable processes to consistently deliver quality, including managing reliable QA test planning and methodologies
Write customer-focused product specs and define and track success metrics for all projects
Prioritize product enhancements & triage bugs
Leverage data analysis skills to research difficult or ambiguous problems, leading cross-disciplinary teams where necessary and communicating recommendations to senior leadership
Engage with customers to identify key product issues in market; solicit feedback on the product roadmap

Adept at defining a product vision and translating it into actionable plans
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills — entrepreneurial experience is a plus
5+ years experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design-related discipline (preferred, but not required)
Bonus: experience with design systems and fintech (extra points for relevant emerging markets experience)

Salary Range: $170,000 – $200,000 + Benefits and Stock Options
