We are looking for talented individuals with curriculum development and instruction experience for a technical audience in Walnut Creek, CA or Chattanooga, TN. As part of the User Assistance and Training team, you will be responsible for educating customers, partners, prospects, and employees on how to use and become proficient at Skuid. Your work will include creating new advanced technical courses, updating existing courses, and delivering these courses, as well as supporting documentation creation and review. Skuid’s advanced courses target a highly technical audience. Therefore, we seek a creative and flexible individual with a sense of humor. A person who can render the complex simple. Someone who understands advanced technical subjects and can design learning objectives and materials that are concise, accurate and task-based. If you fit this description, we want to hear from you!

  • Authors and maintains courses, assessments, and certification exams

  • Consults with subject matter experts to determine objectives and gathers information used in the development of courses

  • Ensures learning and performance objectives are appropriate to the audience and that the training materials meet the learning and performance objectives

  • Delivers the full catalog of Skuid courses via Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

  • Presents Skuid product and solution capabilities in a clear and understandable manner to various audiences

  • Works on multiple projects concurrently, monitors activity, progress, and time-related to project development

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to support product focused learning initiatives

  • Focuses continuously on growth of product knowledge
