ServeMeNow Ltd is a London-based software startup looking to change the way service is delivered in retail stores. Our existing team of 6 have domain expertise in retail, marketing, sales, finance, and product development. We are looking to establish a London-based mobile app development capability and are seeking a co-founder to lead that effort.

Our ideal co-founder will have extensive mobile development experience (dare we say full-stack) and an intuitive feel for compelling UX design. Working with geographically distributed colleagues is required, as is the desire to grow in responsibility and capability with the company. Retail app development experience is a nice-to-have.

The existing experienced team will provide coaching and mentoring in an atmosphere of professionalism and transparency. Although based in London the pace and employee equity philosophy are straight out of Silicon Valley (four of the existing team are Stanford University alumni, including the CEO).

We are currently working on product/market fit, and are meeting with leading retailers and VC investors. All team members are working for “sweat equity” only until the first angel round is raised. It is possible for the Technical Co-Founder to take on the role part-time during product-market fit so long as it is understood that the position becomes full-time when equity is raised and salaries are paid.
