THE ROLE: Milk Moovement is looking for an Onboarding Manager to ensure a smooth transition for clients as they join our herd. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset with a successful background in leading and owning client onboarding and ensuring the long-term success of accounts. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP, Strategic Initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage implementation of new accounts by conducting initial platform set up and ensure clients reach milestones as they prepare for launch Lead 1+ hour-long live training demos for clients Prioritize tasks in collaboration with the Development Team to meet onboarding goals Contribute to Milk Moovement’s onboarding strategy to improve the client experience Follow up with clients post-launch to maintain a pulse on our client base Develop and report internal and external metrics on client health post-go-live
YOU MIGHT BE THE RIGHT COW-NDIDATE IF: You have 3+ years of project management experience at a high-growth SaaS scale-up You make managing competing projects look easy and don’t let items slip through the cracks You eat deadlines for breakfast – tracking multiple clients and ensuring they hit their milestones You build strong relationships and are a polished speaker that delivers white-glove service You have experience in developing new ways to drive value to clients You are tech-savvy and can easily self-learn and navigate new platforms You have experience working in a Customer Success related role with a clear track record of managing accounts, onboarding clients, and ensuring the long term success of accounts You have the ability to travel within the United States

DETAILS Location: Halifax, St. John’s, Minneapolis-St. Paul or remote Hours: Full-time – Flexible Pay Range: C$70K – 90K
