Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong technical skills to collaborate with our Master Software Developer team on complex initiatives. The ideal candidate can interpret business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools is required, along with a solid understanding of backend technologies such as Python.

Qualifications:
– At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
– Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into technical documentation.
– Experience with backend architectures and collaboration with software development teams.

Technical Skills
– Basic knowledge of programming languages (preferably Python) to support effective communication with developers.
– Understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and general software development lifecycle practices.
– Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Soft Skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication.
– Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile setting and work well with diverse teams.
