Our CodeSonar product is second to none in its ability to find interesting bugs in complex software systems. It is used widely throughout the world chiefly by organizations who are developing safety-critical embedded systems.

This position is to help those who wish to install, deploy, use, and extend CodeSonar be successful. This involves working directly with customers domestically, and through several overseas distributors for our foreign users. We expect the successful candidate to take pride in helping people through complex technical issues.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming technical support questions from customers and seeing them through to a satisfactory resolution

  • Helping the sales engineers with installation and configuration issues

  • Working closely with other members of the product team on escalations
