As Tech Lead at More, you are a person with a developer background who is comfortable taking on a leading role in projects. You’ll collaborate with team members across different departments, break down technical problems for other tech-team members with varying levels of experience, and communicate the rationale behind specific solutions or approaches. You’ll participate in the development work of projects, and support the teams through challenges and pull through from start to delivery.

• Like to keep track of the tech scene and keep up with the latest trends, and contribute with your own suggestions and ideas.

More specifically, we are looking for someone who can:

• Provide time estimations for features and new developments.
• Make sure that projects are delivered with the highest quality standards in a timely manner.
• Research and share knowledge across teams and offices.
• Communicate and convey knowledge at both strategic and operational levels.
• Tech Lead experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Solid experience with backend technologies and AWS solutions is a requirement
• Craft knowledge is a plus.

We expect you to have a strong command of English, both spoken and written, since most of our coworkers and customers are international and require it. As a person, you are quality-conscious, delivery-oriented, accurate, responsible, and an adaptable team player.
