I am looking for someone to come in and take over the tech reins of a new proptech startup.
About the venture (https://houzen.co.uk) The venture is a disruptive concept in the proptech space and has been getting huge interest from a lot of people (even without a beta in place). I have used an agency to help develop a base MVP, however would like a Sr tech lead/Tech co-founder type of guy to come take over now, and own the product/tech side of things.

- Ex-Strategy/M&A Consultant
- Oxford MBA
- Extensive network within PE/VC space
- Worked with quite a few VC portfolio companies in the last 2 years

What I am looking for:
- Tech lead/co-founder material. Uni. + 5-10 years ideally in startups where s/he scaled a product quickly
- Experience hiring and retaining a tech team
- Good academic background
- Bonus, if understands business side of things and can also talk to investors
- No requirement of working in proptech, would prefer someone with strong aptitude, experience in building complex web/mobile products + hunger, over domain expertise.
