SUMMARY
The Sr. Tech Enablement Program Manager is vital in our quest to arm our pre-sales Solutions Engineers (SEs) and post-sales Cloud Security Architects (CSAs), Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and Solutions Support Engineers (SSEs) with the knowledge, tools, and magic they need to succeed. This role is about more than just training; it’s about building a continuous learning culture that keeps our teams at the forefront of cloud security technology.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Program Development: Craft and roll out comprehensive enablement programs aimed at arming SEs, CSAs, TAMs, SSEs with cutting-edge skills and knowledge, ensuring these initiatives are closely aligned with our strategic goals
Content Feedback: Collaborate closely with our content creation team to curate and refine educational materials and resources. Your role will be to guide the content strategy through feedback, ensuring it meets the technical learning objectives of our pre-sales and post-sales teams
Collaboration: Work closely with product management and documentation teams to ensure the enablement content is aligned with our product roadmap
Product Expertise: Be able to quickly learn new features and functionalities, digest them, and disseminate the knowledge to our internal technical audiences
Learning Culture: Champion a culture of continuous learning and curiosity, facilitating feedback loops between the technical teams and the content creators to ensure the materials are impactful, relevant, and up-to-date
Metrics and Impact: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the enablement programs and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
Cross-functional Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product knowledge and technical sales skills across the organization
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Proven experience in technical enablement, training, or a related field, preferably within a fast-paced, high-tech environment
Strong understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies
Exceptional communication and content creation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise training materials
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Passion for education and a track record of developing impactful learning and development programs
$65,000 — $120,000/year
