Powerfront is looking for a Team LeadWeb Engineer manage a team in Eastern Europe and to support our engagement unique platform – INSIDE.
We use a complement of the latest HTML5, React & MS Technologies like C#, . Net, SQL Server to build a new type of Customer Service Solution.

Responsibilities
Recruitment and management of a 5 person software engineering team.
Onboarding of software developers
Managing and rolling out monthlysoftware releases
Ensuring quality of coding and meeting software release deadlines
Training on new releasefeature to internal team members
Liaising with CTO on future product features and streamlining the development process
Enterprise customer product support when required
Running daily meeting with the development team
Measuringperformance of the team
Working with QA team to explain new features andcreate test plans
Documentation of alldevelopment processes

Required Qualifications
Must have Advanced verbal and written English skills
Possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Engineering, Computer/Telecommunication or equivalent from a reputable University
Strong experience in Microsoft Technology including SQL Server and IIS
Full-stack software development exposure with Javascript, HTML, Hosting, C#, SQL Server
Good understanding of Amazon AWS and services offered
Understanding of Google Apps for business
Minimum of10 years of hands-on working experience including at least 4 years managing a team.
