Job Summary

In this role you will work with customers to incorporate geospatial software and data into their architectures anddevelop custom tools and applications to help them close functionality gaps. You will also work on developing new, cloud-based and SAAS software offerings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Java coding

• Python coding

• Data modeling and RDBMS model implementation

• Participation in, and occasionally leadership of SCRUM activities.

• Client communication

• Requirements gathering and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of Java/J2EE coding experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with the Spring framework.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with a scripting language – JavaScript, Python, or Ruby

• A thorough understanding of relational data modeling concepts

• Nice To Have – Experience with middle tier geospatial, GeoServer, ArcGIS Server, or MapServer

• Nice To Have – Experience with spatial databases, PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, or SQL Server Spatial Data

• Nice To Have – MuleSoft ESB
