We are seeking a Systems Architect to lead and uphold technical excellence in highly complex projects by designing, validating, and overseeing strong architectural solutions. This role acts as a technical leader, mentor, and innovation catalyst, ensuring top-tier engineering practices and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create and validate complex, end‑to‑end system architectures.
– Convert business challenges into effective technical approaches following best practices.
– Enforce software engineering standards, architectural principles, and quality metrics.
– Offer technical guidance, coaching, and training to architects and engineering teams.
– Work closely with development, operations, and project management to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
– Identify architectural and technical risks and define proactive mitigation plans.
– Perform technical and architectural assessments to guarantee compliance and scalability.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver architectural insights.
– Encourage innovation and stay current with emerging technologies and market trends.
– Promote knowledge sharing, documentation, and best‑practice dissemination.
– Implement and refine automation and AI‑based solutions to enhance delivery and operations.
– Support continuous delivery pipelines and integration strategies aligned with organizational flow standards.

Required Skills & Expertise:
– Systems and enterprise architecture design
– Software engineering best practices and design patterns
– Technical leadership and team mentoring
– Risk analysis and solution governance
– Client engagement and negotiation
– Cloud experience (AWS)
– SQL and NoSQL databases
– Integration architectures (APIs, microservices)
– CI/CD and automation
– Advanced English proficiency (above B2)

Must Have:
– Backend development with Java and Spring Boot
– Frontend experience with Angular
– Strong familiarity with AWS resources (DynamoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
– NoSQL, SQL, and relational databases
– Kafka and RabbitMQ

Nice to Have:
– Experience with AWS SAM or CDK, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB
– OpenAPI/Swagger and API integration experience
– Knowledge of responsive web techniques and Agile methodologies
