Dun & Bradstreet is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our International Technology Transformation Team. D&B’s International business deals with all markets outside the USA where we are actively Transforming technology solutions and infrastructure.
As a member of the transformation team you will work with teams distributed across Europe, USA and India due to the nature of DnB’s global operations. Projects will take the form of new system build, retirement and migration. You will have frequent involvement in scoping and refining the overall International Technology Transformation agenda as the division both modernises and continues to innovate to maintain market dominance in many countries.
Role will have responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle from impact assessments, requirement gathering, solution design through right to go live. Helping to define test approaches and running test cycles based on your understanding of the system will be key to ensuring delivery success.
You will play a key role between various technology and business teams to ensure that parties understand each other and are aligned with the ultimate goals of the project. The role is varied so the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure our division’s Transformation agenda is taken forward
Responsibilities:

    • Perform product and technology analysis to assess scope, identify dependencies and raise questions regarding work to be done whilst always relating back ultimate objectives
    • Gathering and assessment of requirements, conversion into project deliverables, definition of test approaches and help facilitate testing cycles
    • Facilitate meetings and workshops to analyse problems with multiple stakeholders.
    • Produce timely and high-quality artifacts including business process flows, system architecture, mock-ups and wireframes as needed
    • Capture and analyse business or system requirements through workshops and interviews and generate Acceptance Criteria.
    • Guide work in scoping projects to clarify requirements during high level the estimation process
Essential skills & requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or any relevant area, with minimum of 8 years of Business and Systems Analysis working in end-to-end technology projects
    • Experienced in various SDLCs methodologies (agile, waterfall, Scrum etc)
    • Experience in delivering complex infrastructure and System migrations will be an advantage
    • Experience working with cloud engineering teams in AWS/Google cloud
    • Business Analyst certifications will be an advantage
    • Ability to analyze complex solutions and technology architectures to provide options for migration, retirement, rebuild etc…
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong business and technology stakeholder management.
    • Deep Jira experience and comfortable utilizing tools such as Confluence and Power BI
    • Excellent communication (Oral & Written) skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
