Requirements:
– 0,5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer.
– Basic knowledge of Linux
– Experience with git
– Experience with sh/bash
– Experience with diagnostic tools (curl, telnet, dig, etc.)
– Experience with monitoring and alerting systems like Prometheus, Grafana or others;
Will be a plus:
– Experience using configuration management software (Ansible, Terraform)
– Experience working with scripting languages experience (Python preferred).
– Experience with Docker, Kubernetes,
– Experience with CI/CD tools like Gitlab CI or others.
– Experience with ELK stack
– Infrastructure as a code, GitOps principles understanding
– Experience working with Cloud (AWS preferred)
– Experience with relational databases such as PostgeSQL, or others.
Responsibility:
– Incident management
– Maintaining environments and applications (AWS, on-prem servers, K8s clusters, etc.)
– Support development and BA teams
– Configuring and maintaining monitoring systems
