We are a small development team in need of a part-time web application engineer to help our team excel to the next level. We are looking for a seasoned developer to help implement development processes and solve our unique interdependency issues. You must have the ability to develop clean, efficient and well documented code. You’re not afraid to deal with legacy software and relish the oppurtunity to solve complicated software design issues.

Some challenges you will have will be working remotely, dealing with legacy code that is not well documented and project specifications that often change due to industry shifts.

Once hired you will proactively gain a deep understanding of our environment and processes within 4 weeks. This includes understanding of our services and software environment and interdependencies. You understand that you must successfully develop in our unstructured environment with accurate estimates, great code, proactive and clear communication and ontime delivery. Finally, you will lean on your past experience with development processes to help our team implement a more structured development environment.
