The Role
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you thrive at the intersection of client needs and cutting-edge capabilities. Your mission is to architect digital transformations that are not just functional but serve as competitive differentiators. You will work closely with the Head of Data to ensure that every digital solution is fueled by a robust data strategy and powered by modern AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Discovery: Lead high-stakes client workshops to translate vague business goals into concrete technical blueprints.
- AI & Data Synergy: Collaborate with the Data team to integrate RAG patterns, Agentic workflows, and predictive modelling into customer-facing digital products.
- Modern Stack Orchestration: Design architectures utilizing modern web frameworks (React/Next.js), Headless CMS, and Event-Driven systems.
- Cloud Strategy: Define the cloud footprint (AWS/Azure) for new projects, ensuring high availability and global scalability from day one.
Technical Requirements:
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in AWS or Azure (Serverless, Managed Kubernetes, Cloud-native security).
- Modern Web Architectures: Fluent in Micro-frontends, API-first design (GraphQL/REST), and Edge Computing.
- Data Integration: Understanding of high-level data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery) and how they feed into real-time digital experiences.
- AI Fluent: Practical knowledge of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and the ethical implications of AI in client solutions.
