ABOUT US
At Vida, we help people improve their health — and we’re working to improve the healthcare system at the same time.

Vida is a virtual health clinic offering personalized, on-demand coaching and programs from a network of expert providers, including Prescribers, Registered Dietitians, Therapists, and Health Coaches. Through an easy-to-use app, we support people in managing chronic cardiometabolic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and hypertension, as well as achieving lifestyle goals like healthier eating, increased physical activity, weight loss, and stress reduction.

By pairing advanced technology with leading healthcare professionals, Vida removes traditional barriers to high-quality care. Major national payers, large providers, and Fortune 1000 companies trust us to help their employees live their healthiest lives.

Vida is authorized to operate in many, but not all, states. If you are not located in or able to work from a state where we are registered, you will not be eligible for employment. Please speak with your recruiter for details on our registered states.

As a key member of our IT team, you will be the first line of support for our users, ensuring they have the tools and assistance needed to remain productive. Success in this position requires excellent customer service skills, strong IT best practices, and proven experience managing technology support and device lifecycles. With deep knowledge of hardware, software, IT systems, and security standards, you will help maintain daily IT operations, including equipment setup, user access, and endpoint upkeep.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely and dependable support.
• Set up IT resources, hardware, applications, and SaaS tools for new hires while maintaining security compliance.
• Support IT security policies by helping manage access controls, ensuring device compliance, and addressing security-related questions.
• Participate in broader IT initiatives aimed at improving the end-user experience.
• Explore new systems and services that can enhance efficiency and security across the organization.
• Regularly update the IT internal wiki with documentation, knowledge base articles, and team procedures.

Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in a tier 1 IT helpdesk or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of provisioning, monitoring, and supporting MacBooks and Chromebooks.
• Extensive experience with SaaS tools including Okta, Google Workspace Administration, Slack, Atlassian products, Jamf/Kandji.
• Hands-on experience managing company-wide IT services such as MDM and SSO, with solid understanding of endpoint security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical information.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare or finance, with familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining a security-first mindset.
• Eastern time zone preferred.
