Our Mods bring strong skills, a positive attitude, and great energy to every project. They support customers by providing answers, resolving issues, and helping them get the most out of a client’s product or service. New project opportunities are available now and more are on the way.

Project hours (Pacific Time):
Mon–Fri: 5am–7pm
Sat: 7am–7pm
Sun: 7am–6pm
Weekend availability is required.

Hourly rate:
Discussed during the interview.

Commitment:
90 days
20 hours per week

What we’re looking for:
• Customer service–focused individuals
• Ability to follow written workflows
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Friendly communication style
• Openness to feedback and teamwork
• Reliability in taking shifts when needed

Workspace requirements:
• A dedicated laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or higher
• A quality headset
• A quiet space for calls
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a 2FA app on your phone
