The IT Support Engineer will support employees in India and across all Welocalize locations, following global IT practices, standards, and policies.
Job Description:
• Deliver professional IT support and resolve issues promptly using the Zendesk ticketing system.
• Provide advanced desktop and operating system support for Windows and MacOS.
• Handle laptop provisioning, including purchasing, replacements, warranty repairs, and returns.
• Support users across enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, Entra, and Exchange Online.
• Manage users and endpoints via Microsoft 365, AutoPilot, Intune, Entra, and Endpoint Manager admin centers.
• Manage mobile devices through Intune, Jamf, and Mosyle.
• Perform additional IT support tasks, including hardware/software purchasing, inventory, and asset tracking.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in Computer Science or IT/IS.
• IT certifications are a plus.
Experience:
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting, Power Apps, Logic Apps, or other automation tools are highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of core network technologies and protocols (DHCP, DNS, VPN, NAT, etc.).
• Experience with user management and support across major cloud platforms such as Entra, Microsoft 365, Citrix ShareFile, Okta, and Zendesk is an advantage.
• Extensive experience with desktop and hardware support for both Windows and Mac.
