We are seeking an exceptional Support Engineer for our San Francisco office.

This is the perfect role for a customer-service oriented technology pro with deep AWS experience, who can support customers, triage problems, and guide engineering teams towards providing solutions to any and all issues with our advanced visual intelligence products.

The role:

As Sentient’s Support Engineer you will provide mission critical support for a broad array of internal and external customers:

  • Customer Support for Sentient’s Visual Intelligence Customers (Tier 1)
  • IT support for Sentient’s Technology Team (Tier 2)
  • Triage support for Sentient Engineering (Tier 3)
