The Supply Chain Planner ensures customer demand is balanced with production schedules and material availability to support efficient, cost-effective operations. The role works across demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to maintain optimal inventory levels and strong service performance.

**Responsibilities Include:**
– **Demand & Forecast Alignment:**
– Review demand forecasts and historical trends
– Partner with sales and demand planning to confirm forecasts
– Identify risks such as shortages, excess inventory, and seasonality
– **Production & Build Planning:**
– Create and maintain production schedules
– Match manufacturing capacity to demand
– Coordinate with operations on constraints and priorities
– **Supply Materials Planning:**
– Plan and release purchase orders for raw materials and components
– Manage supplier schedules and lead times
– Track inventory levels and adjust safety stock as needed
– **Cross-Functional Coordination:**
– Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and finance
– Support S&OP/SIOP processes
– Share supply risks and mitigation plans
– **Performance Continuous Improvement:**
– Monitor KPIs such as service level, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy
– Find opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency
– **Other:**
– Assist the department with additional tasks as needed

**Qualifications:**
– **Required:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
– 2–5+ years of supply chain, planning, or manufacturing experience
– Strong skills in Excel, Google Docs, and data analysis
– **Preferred:**
– Experience with NetSuite
– APICS/ASCM certification (CSCP, CPIM)
– Experience in a manufacturing environment

The salary range for this role is $50,000–$75,000, depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications, market data/ranges, location, and internal equity. This position may also include an annual bonus, health/dental/vision/mental health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, Flexible PTO, a $100 monthly wellness stipend, and other benefits.
