The role oversees procurement, inventory planning, and network optimization for packaging, OTC items, and medical devices across various fulfillment channels, including Ro pharmacies, partner pharmacies, and Amazon. You will help reduce obstacles in order fulfillment and support smooth, effective care for patients.

You will act as a main point of contact for suppliers and contract manufacturers, handling end‑to‑end supply planning, including placing purchase orders, managing internal transfers, monitoring lead times, and identifying risks early. You will ensure supply consistency, adapt to changes in fulfillment strategy, and enhance service levels, cost efficiency, and inventory performance across the network. • Execute inventory transfers to rebalance the network when demand or operational conditions change
• Work closely with Demand Planning to align purchasing with forecasts, service goals, and inventory strategies
• Review inventory performance metrics and make data‑driven recommendations
• Improve inventory strategies by refining reorder points, safety stock, MOQs, and supplier approaches
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Quality, and Brand teams on packaging updates, product launches, and regulatory needs while minimizing liability
• Partner with the Senior Supply Chain Manager to reduce costs, improve timelines, and reduce patient exceptions to enhance the overall patient experience

What You’ll Bring:
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory planning, or operations
• Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems and with Looker or similar analytics tools
• Background working with contract manufacturers
• Experience managing inventory across multi‑node, multi‑channel networks
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills and experience with inventory purchasing scenarios
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong creative problem‑solving skills
• Enjoyment of cross‑functional work in a fast‑moving environment
• Excellent communication skills

Bonus Points:
• Experience with inventory planning tools and Amazon inventory support
• 2+ years managing 3PL partners
• Hands‑on purchasing experience for packaging, OTC products, or medical devices

We’ve Got You Covered:
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage plus OneMedical membership
• Healthcare and dependent care FSA
• 401(k) with company match
• Flexible PTO
• Reimbursements for wellbeing and professional development
• Paid parental leave and fertility support
