VP, AI Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Role Summary:
The AI CoE Lead directs 3Pillar’s global AI strategy, ensuring strong alignment across AI research, delivery, and sales and marketing. This role turns AI research and prototypes into market-ready products, drives adoption across the business, and leads cohesive go‑to‑market efforts. Through cross-functional collaboration and a focus on continuous learning, the AI CoE Lead ensures 3Pillar consistently delivers scalable, differentiated AI value to clients.
Responsibilities:
• Define and lead the company’s AI strategy, roadmap, and CoE operations.
• Design and oversee the development of GenAI and LLM solutions, RAG architectures, MLOps workflows, and AI-driven engineering patterns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Client teams to shape AI opportunities, proofs of concept, and major transformation initiatives.
• Provide executive-level AI advisory services to clients across sectors.
• Create reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices for AI delivery.
• Strengthen global teams through training, playbooks, and hands‑on coaching.
• Represent the organization as an AI thought leader with clients and partners.
Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in technology and innovation leadership.
• Proven success driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to revenue.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, Digital Twins, data platforms, and modernization trends.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change‑leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale Centers of Excellence or innovation programs.
• Ability to turn emerging technologies into commercial solutions and GTM strategies.
• Deep understanding of cloud architectures, MLOps, model governance, and the AI lifecycle.
• Skilled at identifying, prioritizing, and operationalizing high‑impact AI use cases.
• Strong capability in executive storytelling, thought leadership, and industry advocacy.
• Ability to foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous innovation.
• Strong financial skills, including managing portfolios, budgets, and ROI.
• Knowledge of regulatory, ethical, and responsible AI frameworks.
